Every time a Windermere broker sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization. Contributions from Windermere brokers combined with contributions from Windermere employees and the public have allowed the Windermere Foundation to distribute in excess of a million dollars annually in recent years to non-profit agencies dedicated to helping homeless, low-income families and children.

Recent donations made by Windermere Real Estate/Lane County: Looking Glass Youth Services, Committed Partners For Youth, HIV Alliance, Little Eagles Literacy Program, Camp Fire, Springfield and Eugene Habitat For Humanity, Springfield CHORE Program, Relief Nursery, Food For Lane County, Committed Partners For Youth/Big Brother Big Sister, and Shelter Care.
